New car dealership completed in Swindon

A team led by Beard Project Manager Tim Pooley, has completed the construction of a substantial new car dealership for Fish Brothers, a leading force in the Swindon automotive sector, at Peatmoor Way in Swindon.

The development provides modern, high quality showroom and workshop facilities, for Nissan and Skoda cars, together with offices and extensive customer parking and was completed successfully in just 26 weeks. Our focus as ever has been to deliver a faultless building, on time and in budget.

Fast ‘fit out’ and a close working relationship with specialist motor trade architects Scaramanga Design and the client were crucial to achieve construction timeframes for this £2.2 million project.
