CONTRACT SURVEYORS
Our growing business has created vacancies for experienced Contract Surveyors in Oxford and Swindon, This key managerial position gives you responsibility for carrying
out surveying duties on both new build and refurbishment projects, from inception to completion.
What you will do:
- Prepare and successfully manage a financial plan on all projects
- Procure and manage all sub-contract packages
- Co-ordinate procurement of resources, supported by the buying team
- Offer commercial support and advice to the Project Managers in the team
- Prepare monthly applications and CVRs
What you will bring:
- Proven experience of success in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to team working and people development
- A high level of commercial acumen
- Competence in use of MS Office
