Inside a £6m private country home

Deep in the Berkshire countryside a very special building project is taking place, a private customer, has commissioned Beard to build them a new home

The house is being built on a brown field site and the project is on programme for completion during April of this year.

The house has an indoor swimming pool, an extensive underground car park to house a collection of cars, an array of bedrooms all with en suites, 2 kitchens and a spectacular ladies dressing room

Inside the home there is a lift, a spectacular conservatory, a breakfast room leading out to a south facing patio and some special white goods such as a large unique Aga

Beard have constructed a new lake in the grounds to add to the tranquil surroundings.  The secluded atmosphere will be heightened by planting hundreds of trees in the grounds, and scattering wild flower seeds between them

Please come back in April for an update of the project and new pictures of the luxury home
