Adopting a design and build solution at Mary Hare School trimmed over £500,000 off the original build cost of £3.5m. The school are delighted with their new Performing Arts, Conference and Education centre, which benefits not only the school's 215 pupils, but also the students of hundreds of teachers of the deaf who will come to the centre for their specialist teacher training.

Beard is working with Future Heritage to breathe new life into the 1920’s Bath Post office listed building and neighbouring listed Georgian properties. The development will revitalise the city’s Northgate Street and New Bond Street shopping area by creating ten apartments, eight quality retail units, a modern central Post Office and a new home for Bath Postal Museum.
