Repair and Maintenance

Beard takes pride in having a directly employed workforce that is able to provide continuity and consistently high standards of workmanship.

Beard's repair and maintenance service enables our customers to take a managed approach to protecting and developing their existing buildings.

Our 'Property Services' divisions provide a 24-hour response service, and also carries out alterations, extensions and refurbishment work that give premises a new lease of life.

Each team member has a specialist trade and is fully trained and qualified under the Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS).

We assign a manager to each customer so that their maintenance or building programme runs smoothly and to schedule. Many of our customers use Beard Property Services on a continuous basis, because they value the continuity that comes from using one supplier - and they know we will not let them down.

Beard works for the Oxford University Estates Department and other commercial businesses providing both reactive and planned repairs and maintenance. Beard also works for various insurance companies, providing specialist repairs and maintenance following fire, water and subsidence damage.
