Beard has developed its own supply chain network by forming long-term partnerships with key suppliers and subcontractors. To strengthen this network Beard recently formed the Beard Alliance Programme, which will generate even greater teamwork up and down Beard’s supply chain. We select our supply partners carefully, using processes we have implemented as part of our company-wide best practice programme. We measure each supplier’s performance against construction industry key performance indicators.
Each Beard project has a clear audit trail, thanks to our integrated procurement processes and company-wide management information system.
